Property Management and Financial Control, Under One Roof

I'm Laz Lopez, REALTOR®. I handle property management through Stone Property Management LBK LLC and financial control through Fairview Oceanic LLC, serving owners of single-family and multi-family properties in Lubbock, Texas.

Most owners hire those two functions separately, then spend the rest of the year translating between them. The management company says one thing, the financials say another, and the owner is left reconciling the difference. I do both, so there's nothing to translate.

On the management side: leasing, tenant relations, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and vendor oversight.

On the financial side: trust account compliance, intercompany activity between the management company and the holding entities, and tenant billbacks, monthly close, and owner distributions that tie out every time.

The result is that the numbers reflect what's actually happening at the property — and the reporting is ready for owners, partners, and lenders without a scramble. Most owners don't find out their financials are a mess until they're mid-refinance and the lender starts asking questions. That doesn't happen here.

My faith plays a vital role in my life, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to serve both my church and my community. At St. Paul Lutheran Church in Levelland, Texas, I serve as Vice President and Chair of Education. I also serve as Treasurer of the Northern Texas–Northern Louisiana Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.

St. Paul is active in outreach across Levelland — through our Blessing Box, meals for South Plains College students over the summer, and Feed Levelland, our largest annual event. At Feed Levelland we cook and give away free barbecue plates to anyone who comes, and every donation we take in that day goes back out to the community. In 2025, we raised roughly $15,000 and distributed $3,000 each to five local food box organizations.
